Standard Shipping: Flat rates for standard shipping start at ＄0~3.99. All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 5-20 beuiness days.

Shipping charges are based on your order. We charge actual shipping rates that are calculated automatically when you place your order.
Please note you may need to pay customs charges in order to receive the package in your country.
Delivery Time
We do our best to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner; however, sometimes factors beyond our control, such as customs or bad weather, may affect the delivery of your package. If you need a product by a specific date, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to ensure you can receive your keyboard by the required date.
Please note that packages of keyboards and accessories will be shipped within 1-3 working days after you place your order. Packages of custom products will be shipped within 15-20 business days after you place your order. This means that if you place an order on a weekend or mail holiday, your order will not ship until the next 3 business days.

Shipping Policy
- If you ordered everything are in-stocked it usually takes us 2-3 days to prepare;
- If you ordered something with our services. (Switch lube service, film adding service, spring change service, assemble service) This type of order will take us around 1-2 weeks to prepare;
- At last, it will take FedEx/DHL around 3-10 business days to deliver the package after the packing process.
Note: We default to regular express delivery. If you need to expedite, please contact service@firstgr.com. If you need to choose other express delivery, firstgr is not responsible for the additional express delivery costs.
