We do our best to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner; however, sometimes factors beyond our control, such as customs or bad weather, may affect the delivery of your package. Please note that packages of keyboards and accessories will be shipped within 1-3 working days after you place your order. Packages of custom products will be shipped within 15-20 business days after you place your order. If you ordered everything are in-stocked it usually takes us 2-3 days to prepare;
If you ordered something with our services. (Switch lube service, film adding service, spring change service, assemble service) This type of order will take us around 1-2 weeks to prepare;
At last, it will take FedEx/DHL around 3-10 business days to deliver the package after the packing process.
